باستخدامك لتطبيق وافي، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام، يُرجى قراءة هذه الاتفاقية بعناية قبل استخدام التطبيق، إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

By using the Wafy app, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before using the app. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the app.

نظرًا لطبيعة الخدمة المُقدمة، المبالغ المدفوعة لا تُسترد بعد الدفع، حيث يقدم التطبيق فترة تجريبية مجانية شاملة جميع المزايا، تتيح للمستخدم تجربة كامل مزايا التطبيق قبل اتخاذ قرار الشراء.

Due to the nature of the service provided, paid amounts are non-refundable after payment. The app offers a comprehensive free trial of all features, allowing users to try all app features before making a purchase decision.

يُسمح لك بـ:

• استخدام التطبيق للأغراض التعليمية الشخصية.
  Use the app for personal educational purposes.
• إنشاء وحفظ المحتوى التعليمي الخاص بك.
  Create and save your own educational content.
• الوصول إلى ميزات التطبيق وفقاً لنوع اشتراكك.
  Access app features according to your subscription type.

يُحظر عليك:

• مشاركة حسابك أو بيانات الدخول مع آخرين.
  Share your account or login credentials with others.
• نسخ أو توزيع أو بيع أي جزء من التطبيق أو محتواه.
  Copy, distribute, or sell any part of the app or its content.
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمة التطبيق.
  Attempt unauthorized access to app systems.
• استخدام التطبيق بطريقة تنتهك القوانين المعمول بها.
  Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws.
• إعادة هندسة أو تفكيك أو محاولة استخراج الكود المصدري.
  Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ضار.
  Use the app for any illegal or harmful purpose.

يُقدَّم تطبيق وافي "كما هو" (AS IS) و"كما هو متاح" (AS AVAILABLE) دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة كانت أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

The Wafy app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• لا نضمن استمرارية التطبيق أو خلوه من الأعطال أو الأخطاء.
  We do not guarantee app continuity or freedom from errors.
• لا نضمن توفر التطبيق في جميع الأوقات أو في جميع المناطق.
  We do not guarantee app availability at all times or in all regions.
• قد يتوقف التطبيق مؤقتاً أو دائماً لأسباب فنية أو تشغيلية أو أي أسباب أخرى.
  The app may be suspended temporarily or permanently for technical, operational, or other reasons.
• لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي خسائر أو أضرار ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه.
  We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from using or inability to use the app.
• لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن فقدان البيانات أو المحتوى المخزن.
  We are not liable for loss of data or stored content.

أنت تستخدم التطبيق على مسؤوليتك الخاصة. نوصي بالاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية من بياناتك المهمة.

You use the app at your own risk. We recommend keeping backups of your important data.

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. تصبح أي تغييرات سارية المفعول عند نشرها في هذه الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التغييرات يُعتبر قبولاً للشروط المحدثة.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the app after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

تخضع هذه الاتفاقية للقوانين المحلية المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الاتفاقية أو يتعلق بها يخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.

This agreement is governed by the applicable local laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
